I learned a big lesson this week – never wish to NOT lose weight because Karma will come back and bite you in the butt. Last week, I was close to the 50 pounds loss, and I was somewhat hoping to not lose it before the weekend because in the past, the weekend always adds a few – be it because of the added food or just more salt.
Well, turns out my body though “So you don’t want to lose, ey? So I punish you with an extra week of not losing!”. Well, it wasn’t all that bad, and I managed to lose 0.6 pounds so the week wasn’t a total loss. In the end, I think I should always hope for a weight loss, no matter what when and why.
The week had a good thing though because I had a real good exercise groove and worked out every day for a total of 330 minutes exercised.
